We do not share your information with third parties.Payments are processed securely through our payment processor, which collects and manages all payment card details and billing addresses on its own systems. AFOS does not store or have access to this information.

Your data is stored on secure Microsoft Azure servers:
In the United States for customers based in the Americas
In Germany for customers based in Europe
In Singapore for customers based in Asia
We use automatic encryption for data at rest and in transit, and we maintain automatic backups.

5. Cookies and tracking
AFOS does not use cookies or tracking technologies, except for Google Analytics, which helps us understand basic usage patterns.

7. Data retention
If you delete your account or cancel your subscription, we retain your data for one year. After this period, all personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems. We do this because some users return after a break, and keeping the data for this period allows them to restore their account and continue where they left off. After one year, all personal data is permanently deleted from our systems.
